3. Products & Pricing

Our products are handcrafted in brass, bronze, copper, and wood. As each piece is made and finished by hand, slight variations in colour, finish, size, and weight are natural and are not considered defects.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary depending on your screen.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
