Each order is carefully packed and quality-checked before it leaves us. Typical dispatch times are:
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. During festive seasons or high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email so you can follow your shipment.

Once handed to the courier, delivery is subject to their network. We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, though we will always help you follow up.
