1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, email us at siddi.ssb29@gmail.com with your order ID as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as described below.
2. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;
- It is returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories;
- You can provide proof of purchase (order ID).
To initiate a return, email us at siddi.ssb29@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. We will guide you through the next steps.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalised orders;
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery;
- Items returned without original packaging.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at siddi.ssb29@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. An unboxing video, if available, helps us resolve it faster. In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days.
- The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
7. Handcrafted Variations
As our products are handmade, minor variations in colour, finish, size, and weight are natural characteristics and are not considered defects. These are not eligible for return or refund on their own.
